COVID-19 UPDATE
The welfare of our staff and customers is paramount to us. We continue to follow Government guidelines and we will act responsibly to ensure that our actions will help to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Visitors are only permitted for essential reasons and by appointment please.
All visitors to our site and trade counter should wear suitable facemasks unless you are exempt or have a valid reason. You may be asked to take a non-invasive body temperature check. Disinfection stations are positioned all around the buildings and we ask that you use these on entry and exit of all buildings.
All our couriers are experiencing unprecedented demand for their services, and whilst the Covid-19 situation prevails, they, and therefore we, cannot guarantee any delivery will be made within the normally expected timeframe. For all delivery services, please allow 1 or more additional working days for delivery. We are unable to offer credits for delayed deliveries.
We are operating in accordance with strict social distancing guidelines, so our service may take slightly longer than usual.
Our trade counter is fully open, however, whenever possible, all orders for collection or delivery should be arranged in advance by calling our Sales Office on 01722 717708.

Our emergency response teams are available to respond to water supply emergencies. Please call us on 01722 716361 if you have a water supply emergency, and our Water Engineering teams will be pleased to assist.
