PBX Ponstar pumps have a heavy duty construction and unbeatable performance. Capacitor start, induction run motor for extra starting torque.
Mostly of an alloy construction with a stainless steel motor casing, volute plate and shaft. Cast iron impeller. Pump casing, lower motor casting, top motor cover made from alloy.
Fitted with a heavy duty handle and twin air valves to avoid dry running
Twin mechanical seals, carbon ceramic and silicon carbide, in a lubricated chamber. Complete with 10 metres of power cable.
Available in 110 volt or 230 volt, manual or automatic with a Mac3 floatswitch
This version is the 400 watt 230 volt model without a floatswitch
